My wife and I were extremely pleased with your
services, acting as a dual broker for both the sellers and for us in our
recent purchase. As I probably told you, I had looked for several years for
a place of wooded acreage with a weekend cabin, and thankfully the listing
price was within our budget. Cathy and I love the rustic log cabin and its
10 acres, surrounded by the Kootenai National Forest, and we look forward to
spending many summer and autumn evening there for years to come.
From the first time that I called your office in early February 2007 to
inquire about the property, until we closed on the sale two weeks ago in mid
– April, you were very prompt and conscientious in answering all of our
questions and returning my many phone calls. I was very excited about the
prospect of buying this cabin, and I suspect that you probably knew that. I
felt that you were very helpful, professional and courteous and I
appreciated that you kept us promptly apprised of the owners’ counteroffers,
especially when we learned in March that several other parties had also made
offers on this particular property. You’ll recall that when I first
attempted to view the cabin on my own in early February, I couldn’t access
the road, due to snow conditions. Nonetheless, you met me at your Priest
river office, and drove me into the property in your own vehicle.
To sum up John, we are grateful to you for helping us purchase this
retreat. It probably sounds corny, but this is the “cabin in the woods”
that Cathy and I had hoped for. We would heartily recommend your services
to prospective buyers or sellers.
